  • Strategic Marketing Development: Craft detailed marketing plans (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in collaboration with both internal and external marketing teams.
  • Customer Engagement: Enhance the customer experience through targeted segmentation, advanced marketing automation, and personalized engagement strategies.
  • Content Oversight: Direct our communication efforts, including the management of newsletters and social media.
  • ROI Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and refine strategies based on performance data.
  • Campaign Management: Lead traditional marketing initiatives such as print, events, and public relations to enhance our brand visibility.
  • Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends to inform and adapt our marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to maximize impact and achieve strong return on investment.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Foster strong relationships with team members and partners, providing regular updates on campaign progress and insights.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role with proven experience in integrated marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Experience in the healthcare, fertility, or related industry is required.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including content management, social media, SEO, and analytics.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovate.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
